As a result of sending a couple of postcards via Postcrossing to far away places, I in turn have received a couple of postcards back. And now Korea and Russia will be added to my list of places to visit later in life.
Done! Completed!
Having registered on Postcrossing, below is the first "postcrosser" who I have sent a postcard to (name and address withheld to protect the recipient's privacy). When the postcard is received, the "postcrosser" will register my postcard ID as being received. Then, in turn, my details will randomly be allocated to a "postcrosser" to send me a postcard. When I finally receive this postcard, the town/city will be added to my list of places to visit later in life in the Beyond 50 list. It's kind of like a chain letter from the 80s, with assistance from today's technology! Postcrossing is all about connecting the world with postcards - the old way, prior to technology. I'm optimistic about receiving one back in return, and if I do, I'll add the town/city to my list of places to visit later in life.
