This might prove to be the most sensible idea I've had in a very long time and the only way to cease daily weigh-ins.
As a serial weigher, I can hop on the scales up to three times a day. If the numbers go my way, I usually reward myself (with a calorie-laden treat). If the numbers are not so good, I regret the treats from the day before. It's such a vicious circle!
