In the footsteps of my younger daughter (and in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle), I aim to gradually eliminate all animal products from my diet - meat, eggs, milk - the lot.  There's a great range of vegan-friendly products readily available in supermarkets, so this won't be particularly difficult to achieve.
